May Day Volunteer Hours

PLEASE READ BECAUSE THE INFORMATION CAN CHANGE!!!

CHECK ALL JOBS IN THE VOLUNTEER MENU BECAUSE THERE HAVE BEEN CHANGES

IN THE SCHEDULE WHICH HAVE CREATED MORE OPENINGS!!!

AS OF 5:30PM ON 5/1 THERE WERE STILL 28 AVAILABLE ASSIGNMENTS!!!

IF EVERYTHING IS FULL AND  YOU HAVEN'T GOTTEN AN ASSIGNMENT!! 

The jobs and details are listed on the left (under Volunteer Menu).  You will choose a specific job at a specific time.  Each job is for 2 hours, unless otherwise specified.  Your club commitment is for 2 hours for May Day.  You are welcome to fulfill the full 4 hour- year commitment only after everyone has had a chance to get 2 hours in, so please sign up for only one slot at this time.

On the day/time of your chosen assignment, you will report to the registration table (in the large tent in the back parking lot).  There is no parking in the back lot and it will be a VERY busy day at Gavin (rec soccer program AND baseball are starting that day as well).  It is approximately a 10-minute walk from Vincek’s field to the back parking lot so please time your arrival accordingly.

YOU WILL GET YOUR BOND CHECK RETURNED UPON CHECKING OUT AFTER YOUR VOLUNTEER TIME!
